Project Brief
Select two distinctive/iconic design artifacts and blend/fuse/mash-up their graphics to produce a hybrid.
Learning Objectives
The presence and constitution of "graphic languages" within branding and design overall; the high level of detail necessary and present in design artifacts; increased formal skills; critical examination of common design artifacts and their development.
Deliverables
Fully realized 2- or 3-dimensional product, flat art to construct dimensional artifact.
Reflections
Project is always well-received upon brief , during development, and upon completion. Resulting objects are variably "successful" in the quality of the design but awareness and appreciation for level of detail necessary is always high.
