Gary Meacher

Gary Meacher is an Assistant Professor of Art & Design. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design from Cleveland State University and his Master of Fine Arts degree in Visual Communication Design from Kent State University. As a visual communicator, Gary employs the use of design as a tool for solving problems. He manages a balance of analytical and creative skill sets. He enjoy critiquing and lecturing design, promoting its value, and championing the culture. Gary stresses the importance of creative problem solving and the design field’s ability to be a differentiator in a variety of settings—design can do almost anything. As a design educator, he shares his passion for the design field and fosters growth in the community.
